About Us

The Muscat Arbitration and Mediation Days Conference is an annual international event organized by the Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre (OCAC). The inaugural edition, held under the name Muscat Arbitration Days, took place from 2 to 4 December 2025 under the patronage of H.E.

Abdulsalam bin Mohammed Al Murshidi, President of the Oman Investment Authority. The conference featured around 45 international speakers across 11 specialized dialogue sessions, as well as the signing of several memoranda of understanding with regional and international arbitration institutions.

The Board of Directors of the Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre (OCAC) is chaired by Dr Khalid Al Saidi, alongside a distinguished group of members representing Oman’s business and legal sectors.

The Executive Committe

The conference’s Steering Committee comprises lawyers, arbitrators and academics specialising in arbitration and mediation.

It is responsible for shaping the themes of the conference programme and selecting topics and speakers, ensuring that the programme reflects the latest global developments in the field.
